What can I eat when expecting?

Choose large portions of non starchy vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, carrots, leafy greens (spinach, ugu, kale etc), bell peppers.

Choose whole fruits: watermelon, apples, kiwi, pawpaw, berries, grapes..the list is endless. Fresh fruits are great for snacks and desserts. 

Limit intake of fruit juice and dried fruits.
