Australian hold is useful if you want baby to be awake during and after feeding.

Crossover or Cradle hold is one of the most popular breastfeeding positions.

Side lying position: This is especially good for night time feedings so the mum can still be in a resting position. Baby’s mouth should be at the same height or slightly lower than your nipples.
*it is advised that you also support baby’s head with your arm or pillow as fluid could go the wrong way in some cases ( though rare)*

The Football hold is a good position for mums who had a C section as it keeps baby away from your tummy.

PS: Make sure baby’s head is well supported whichever position u choose to use.
