Every time a cell multiplies, it needs 75% of its volume to be filled with water hence staying hydrated in pregnancy is one of the most important decisions you can take to allow your baby’s cells to multiply properly as he or she grows.
So please drink water.
Aim for 8oz glasses per day plus one 8ounce glass for each hour of light activity.
Drink mainly water…but milk, juice, decaf tea or decaf coffee also contribute to your fluid intake.
