Healthy food choices in pregnancy

Choose protein sources such as poultry, beans, nuts, low mercury seafood(Salmon, tilapia, sole, sardines) , eggs, low fat cheese.

Limit red meat.

Choose 2 to 3 servings of fat free or low fat milk or yoghurt. A serving is 8oz. Choose yoghurt with less than 15g of sugar per serving.
